"Kind of a pain to install"
I thought the install would be straightforward, but it ended up being more of a hassle than I expected. That one part didn’t really line up the way I thought it would, so it took longer than it probably should have.

"Feels a lot smoother now"
I don’t remember every little issue from before, but I do remember orders feeling slow at times. This time the store seemed much faster, and checkout went through quickly. Definitely felt like an improvement.

"Felt a little overpriced to me"
I ordered from twobrothers-store.com because I figured it would be decent for the price, and I don’t know, I guess I expected a bit more when the package showed up. The item was fine, like it wasn’t bad or anything, but right away I was kind of thinking the price didn’t really match what I got.
The quality is okay, nothing falling apart, but also nothing that made me feel like I found some great deal. I’ve bought similar things for less before, which kept popping into my head after opening it. Maybe someone else wouldn’t mind the price, but for me it felt a bit too high for something that was just average.

"Return was fine, just slower than I expected"
I ordered a shirt from twobrothers-store.com and unfortunately it didn’t fit the way I hoped, so I had to return it. The process itself was easy to follow, so at first I was like, okay, this should be simple.
Then I got a little annoyed because the refund took about a week and a half, and customer service wasn’t exactly quick to respond. But once the refund actually showed up, I calmed down a bit. Overall, not a bad experience, just wish it moved faster.

"Shipping took way too long"
I been waiting for my order and it still hasn’t showed up yet. Shipping is taking forever, kinda frustrating honestly.

"Order was pretty much exactly right"
My order was mostly spot on. I got the items I picked, the sizes were correct, and everything matched up the way I expected, like the shirts fit right, the colors were mostly what I thought they’d be, and nothing random or missing showed up in the package. One item did look just a little different from the photo, kind of like when lighting or angles make something seem slightly off, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, the order was accurate, easy, and there weren’t any real problems.

"Fit was pretty much right"
Everything fit well, pretty much like it was supposed to. I only had to tweak one bracket a little bit, but after that it lined up fine.

"Just didn’t feel right for daily driving"
I had a feeling this exhaust might be a bit much, and yeah, it ended up being louder than I wanted. The sound is kind of raspy too, which just doesn’t really suit my daily driving. Not terrible, but my gut says it’s not the right fit for me.

"Decent for the price, I guess"
I ordered a couple things from twobrothers-store.com, and the quality is okay—actually, one of the items did feel a little cheaper than I expected. It’s not bad or anything, just kind of average overall. For the price, I can’t complain too much, but I also wouldn’t say I was super impressed

"The item itself arrived okay, which..."
The item itself arrived okay, which I’m glad about, but the packaging wasn’t in great shape. The box was crushed and didn’t seem to be taped very securely. It just made the overall presentation feel a bit careless. Not a huge issue since the product was fine, but I do wish it had been packed a little better.

"Warranty help felt like they were stalling"
I bought from Two Brothers Store and ended up having an issue that seemed like it should’ve been covered under warranty. Getting anywhere with support was frustrating. They did respond, so it wasn’t like they completely ignored me, but I kept having to send the same details over and over, which made it feel like they were hoping I’d just give up or stop following up. Maybe that wasn’t the case, but that’s how it came across. It got handled slower than I expected, and after buying from them, I figured the warranty support would be a lot more straightforward

I had to ask twice just to get tracking updates, and the replies were slow, so it ended up feeling more confusing than it should have.

I went in hoping to pick up a few things, but everything I wanted was sold out. I get that stock can run low sometimes, but it would be nice if the basics were kept available or at least updated so people don’t waste a trip
